The Škoda Felicia is the supermini car which is produced by Czech automaker between the year 1994 and 2001. This is the last model from platform of Škoda, but it is the first models which benefit from the takeover of Škoda Auto by Volkswagen Group, which is German company. The Felicia was the retreaded version of Favorit, however had fresh and modern appearance, with the redesigned front end as well as extensive array of engines. This was premiered on October 1994 on Charles Bridge at Prague.

Basically, name Felicia is not used for initial most time, raising the nameplate which was originally used by Škoda in range of 1960s for an array of sports cars having seater.  As Felicia benefited from the input of Volkswagen, it even helped for elevating the Škoda's image at Western Europe. It even heralded the initial most ever skoda which is diesel-powered, and it became the first car which feature key safety as well as convenience features.
