I have recently tested drive my friend’s new Lotus élan. It is basically a convertible car which is manufactured by lotus cars in England. The new version of lotus élan was introduced in 2010 in a motor show. The car features 4.0l v6 engine which roughly weights 1295kg. The company also features some hybrid variety cars which somewhat resemble Aston martin and Porsche 911. The car was widely praised by numbers of car magazines. Some of the auto car magazines described the car as “quickest car manufactured till date”. However some of the magazines criticized the car for being unmanageable because of its rear wheel drive. The power steering and finest front wheels are the best features of the car. The engine was improved later and is recorded to give fastest speed till date. The new versions of lotus cars comprise of intake plumbing, exhaust system, improved torque, engine suspension system, thermodynamic efficiency and IHI turbocharger. The car is capable of travelling at the speed of 220km/hr.
