Ford Crown or the Ford Crown Victoria was a rear wheel drive sedan from Ford Motor Company. It was under production in the years 1992 to 2012. The car was discontinued in the year 2011. The car was manufactured as Ontario in Canada. From the year 1992 to 2002, the company sold the Ford Crown Victoria LX. It is based on the Ford Panther platform. It is one of the most common police vehicles for patrol and pursuit in northern America.  In the year 2008, a special edition of the car was launched with rear end made from the Mercury Marauder spoiler, 3 bar grille on the front and special logos on dashboard, front and trunk.

The car has been making the police patrol vehicle called Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. The observed the maximum sales of its car in the year 1998.
