The Ducati 1198 is a fantastic looking sport bike from Ducati. It was manufactured from 2009 to 2011. It had 6-speed dry multi-plate transmission and 90 degrees V-twin engine. In total, this bike had three models: 1198, 1198S and 1198R. The three models differed in rear suspension, rear wheel, weight and power. The gear box of these models was of 6-speed. The first two versions were dual seated while 1198R was single seated. Ducati 1198 had a spectacular tubular steel frame. The rear suspension of all the three models is progressively better and offer good driving comfort. The models are progressively light in weight with 1198 the heaviest (171 kg), 1198S is lighter (169 kg) while 1198R is the lightest of them all (165 kg).
